Ready-to-use spray buff emulsion!

A ready to use, high quality spray buff emulsion for burnishing. It is able to produces an immediate “wet look” on floor finish surfaces with the use of low speed, conventional, and ultra high speed floor machines

This unique emulsion also removes black heel marks, scuff and surface soils from any floor surface including resilients such as vinyl, rubber, vinyl composition, asbestos, and linoleum tiles, as well as non-resilients including quarry tile, unglazed ceramic, and terrazzo which have been previously finished with a wear of a thermoplastic finish.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Preparation of Floors:

Depending on soil conditions, the floor must first be either dust mopped (if relatively clean) or damp mopped with a free rinsing neutral detergent and allowed to dry.

A heavier application of the product may be made directly on black heel marks, or exceptionally scuffed areas.

Maintenance: Spray buffing can be utilized as a regular procedure in daily floor care. The frequency of spray buffing should allow the floor never to deteriorate to the point where it looks as if it needs re-coating.

Application for Spray Buffing:

  1. Place the product into a trigger sprayer or other suitable spraying device.
  2. Spray on QUICK SHINE to get even coverage on floor.  Use a high speed burnishing machine of 300to 600 rpm with a Vileda  Blue  cleaning pad to spread the emulsion and remove all dirt and smears off the floor and into the pad.  It is not necessary to try to produce shine, just get all the dirt out. When the pad is heavily soiled and loaded with dirt, turn it over and use the clean side or change to a new pad.
  3. DO NOT CONTINUE WITH A DIRTY PAD as you will just smear the dirt around. The pad must be clean enough to pick up and hold the dirt that QUICK SHINE is releasing from the floor.
  4. If the high speed  machine is  not  fitted with a vacuum unit,  it is necessary to mop sweep the dust and the pad will be released from burnishing.
  5. Clean all dirty pads with hot water detergent solution and flush out with clean water. Hand them up to dry.

For Skin: Remove and wash all contaminated clothing thoroughly before reuse. Wash skin thoroughly with water. Ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly and drink large quantities of water.
